I'll do what I can...

01/01/2011

I'm not into blogging; ye blog-reading addicts be warned.  I will do what I can to update this news page, though, and I do appreciate your visit.  The news of the day is that this new firm and new web site are launched.  Please feel free to visit the site as often as you'd like.  For now, feast your eyes on the outside of our offices:

It's rather embarrassing to publish a second blog post over 4 1/2 months after the first, but c'est la vie.  And the preceding sentence is the just about the extent of my French knowledge.  Effective today, I am licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin.  I want to thank the Board of Bar Examiners for accepting my application for reciprocal admission, which means that I didn't have to take and pass the Wisconsin bar exam.  In addition, I thought I'd share that I've been extremely interested in the facebook litigation occurring right now in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.  Ceglia v. Zuckerberg et al.  I'm not pulling for one side or the other; I'm just interested in the history of a multi-billion dollar industry which is a mere 7 years old.  It'll be interesting to see that evidence unfold, but I suspect settlement will shield most of it.
